We contacted the Sydney office, and they sent a technician within 24 hours who fixed it on the spot. It's been running without issues ever since. We're a family of six and use our dryer almost daily.

We recently had the clean made 90 cm induction cooktop installed to replace our old electric cooktop and it’s even better than I could’ve imagined.
