Chocolate Orange Pudding

What you will need:

  • 1 1/3 cups Self Raising Flour
  • 2/3 cup of Castor Sugar
  • ½ milk
  • 120g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • Zest and juice from one orange 
  • 80g dark chocolate

Chocolate Ganache Sauce

  • ½ cup cream
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons of David Bitton’s Orange Jelly or orange marmalade

How to make it:

In mixing bowl mix flour, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, orange juice and zest together to form a smooth batter.

Pour batter into small greased ramekins or muffin pan.

Break chocolate into small chunks and place a cube of chocolate into the middle of each pudding.

Place the ramekins or muffin pan into the Kleenmaid Combi Steam Oven at 100oC and Cook for 15mins.

Turn out of ramekins or muffin pan and serve with Ganache.

Prepare Ganache. Place all ingredients into pan and place on Kleenmaid induction cook top on number 4 until melted, stir. Serve over the top of each puddings
