Place the dates in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook on induction cooktop on level 7 (or medium heat) set timer for 9 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Place flour, sesame seeds and sugar in a bowl, in a separate bowl mix the eggs, milk, oil and dates together and pour onto the dry ingredients, mix well. Place into greased muffin trays.
Pre heat to 165° the Kleenmaid oven on the fan forced function, then place the dates cakes on the middle shelf and set the minute minder for 20 minutes. Check to see if they are cooked using a skewer.
