When friends and family gather there’s nothing better than a good old Aussie BBQ, but what happens when grilling in the near or great outdoors is not an option? Turn your induction cooktop into a specialised BBQ and don't worry about the weather! With a cast iron griddle an induction cooktop becomes your perfect BBQ companion.
Kleenmaid's Cast Iron Griddle CIG4523 is made of cast iron with a non-stick coating, designed to sear and grill food using a minimum amount of oil. It consists of 2 cooking zones: smooth and ribbed, allowing different degrees of cooking.
This griddle is suitable for use on Induction cooktops with vitro-ceramic glass only, on the Bridging or Flexi Zones of the cooktop. If the cooktop has a Griddle or Barbecue function, this may also be selected. This cast iron griddle is compatible with Kleenmaid cooktops ICT9031, ICT6031, ICT9030, ICT3010 and ICTFX9042.
