Place chicken in an oven proof dish together with potatoes and carrots.
Pour over oil and sprinkle rosemary sprigs. Season with salt and pepper.
Set the Combi Microwave Oven (MW4520) to 450 Watts Microwave Power and 180 degrees Fan Grill for 35 minutes.
Place on low grill rack and press start.
