Rare Roast Beef
Place beef on baking paper lined with stainless steel baking tray
Place in Kleenmaid Steam Oven Combi on shelf position 2
Select Combination Roast Stage 1, 250oC for 15 minutes
Stage 2, 175oC for 15 minutes
Rest meat for 5 minutes covered with foil before slicing
Brush bread with oil. Toast bread under a pre-heated Kleenmaid Grill at 200 oC on shelf position 3 until lightly golden on each side
To serve, spread cheese on toast, top with rocket, sliced beef and finish with onion jam.
Caramelised Onion Jam
Sauté onions in oil and caraway seeds on Kleenmaid induction 8 (or medium high heat) for 5 minutes
Turn down to level 4 (medium heat) and add the vinegar and brown sugar, cook for a further 10 minutes.
