Salmon With Pistachio Crust

What you will need:

  • 4 x Salmon fillets, skinned
  • 60 g butter, softened
  • ½ cup finely chopped pistachio nuts
  • ½ cup chopped flat leaf parsley
  • Grated rind of 2 lemons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it:

Combine butter with remaining ingredients to a spreadable consistency.

Spread on top of salmon fillets.

Place fillets on a lined, stainless steel tray.

Place in Kleenmaid’s Combi Oven on the steam and bake function on 175 degrees and cook for 10 mins.
