Add dates and water together in a saucepan and cook on the induction cooktop on level 4 until the mixture becomes like a jam consistency.
Mix the sugar, flour, bicarb soda, butter, eggs and vanilla together.
Add the date mixture to the dry ingredients and stir well.
Pour the mixture into a prepared (greased) muffin pan. Fill ¾ full.
Cook in the Combi steam oven on steam 100oC for 55 mins.
Place all ingredients for the sauce into saucepan and place on the induction cooktop on level 4, stirring occassionally until smooth.
Pour the warm sauce over the top of Puddings and serve with thickened cream.
