Steamed Veggies

What you will need:

  • Vegetables of choice
  • Think; baby carrots, purple or traditional orange carrots
  • Yellow small squash
  • Broccollini
  • Courgettes
  • Asparagus
  • Chopped Italian parsley to garnish
  • Lemon juice, sea salt and cracked pepper to taste

How to make it:

Prep all veggies.

Place Baby carrots, purple or traditional orange carrots, Yellow small squash into perforated tray.

Cook in Kleenmaid Combi Steam Oven, steam setting 100ºC/30 minutes in the last 10 minutes add Broccollini, Courgettes and Asparagus.

Remove from oven immediately as they will continue to cook in own heat.

Re-warm in warming drawer for a few minutes prior to serving. They should be bright in colour.

Garnish with parsley and dress with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper.
