Mix together chilli flakes, onion salt, garlic powder, oregano, cumin and paprika in a small bowl.
Rub the spice mix into the pork.
Heat the oil in a heavy based large pan on medium high heat (level 8) and cook pork until brown.
Add the barbeque and tomato sauce together with the maple syrup and stock.
Bring to a boil then cover with a lid and lower heat (level 4) to simmer.
Set the timer on your induction cooktop for 4 hours. Turn pork over after it has cooked for 2 hours.
Pull pork apart with a fork and toss into cooking liquid.
Serve with coleslaw in fresh bread rolls.
