*All our appliances which were sold after 1 January 2019 are supported by our highly skilled national service network and are covered by a full five year warranty. Products sold prior to 1 January 2019 have a three year warranty.

KLEENMAID products are manufactured to the highest standards using only the best quality materials. Each and every KLEENMAID product is tested before it leaves the factory to ensure it reaches you, the purchaser, in perfect condition. However, should anything go wrong KLEENMAID products are covered for up to five years by the manufacturers warranty.

This warranty is issued by Compass Capital Services Pty Limited ABN 96 138 214 525 trading as Kleenmaid (“KLEENMAID”) and is in addition to all statutory rights which you have under Australian consumer law.

What your KLEENMAID manufacturers warranty does and does not cover

Your KLEENMAID warranty covers the cost of all parts and labour required to rectify faults caused by defective materials or workmanship, provided the fault is notified to KLEENMAID within the warranty period.

Your KLEENMAID warranty does not cover faults or damage which are not directly due to defective materials or workmanship, for example, faults caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, improper installation or damage caused whilst the product is being transported.

You, the purchaser, also have responsibilities under the warranty.

How to make a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim please click on the button "Request a Warranty Service Call Here" (see above). If your appliances were purchased through your builder you will need to register the warranty first using the "Register Your Warranty Here" button (see above). To contact a customer service representative please email support@kleenmaid.com.au or alternatively, have your proof of purchase documents and the serial number of your KLEENMAID product ready, and call us on (02) 9310 1207 during business hours.
